Online shop natart.si, managed by Natalija Pavlović S.P., (hereinafter provider) is an information system intended for the presentation and sale of products to the user. A user is a person who uses our system, i.e. a customer in an online store.
 
General terms and conditions of business and use of the online store natart.si are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB2), based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce of Slovenia (GZS) and international codes for e-business.
The general terms and conditions deal with the operation of the online store natart.si user rights and the business relationship between the provider, users and buyers of goods (hereinafter: buyers).

Liability of the company for material errors

You can make a complaint due to a material defect for each purchased product.

Pursuant to Article 37 of the Consumer Protection Act, an error is material in the case of:

  • if the product does not have the properties necessary for its normal use or for circulation
  • if the product does not have properties that are necessary for the specific use for which the buyer is buying it, but which the seller was aware of or should have been aware of
  • if the product does not have the properties and features that have been explicitly or tacitly agreed or prescribed
  • if the seller has delivered a thing that does not correspond to the sample or model, unless the sample or model was shown only for the purpose of notification

The suitability of the products is assessed against common products of the same type and taking into account statements about the characteristics of the goods by the supplier or Natalija Pavlović, s.p..

In the case of a material defect, you can report the defect to the seller within two months of the discovery of the material defect, or within two years since you received the goods. At your option, you may request: (1) correction of the error, (2) refund of the amount paid in proportion to the error, (3) replacement of goods, (4) refund of the amount paid.

When exercising your rights under this title, you must describe the defect in more detail to us in the defect notification and allow us to inspect the product. If the error is not disputed, we must grant your request as soon as possible, but no later than within 8 days. However, if there is a dispute about the error, we must give you a written answer within 8 days.

The right to assert a material defect in the item is more precisely regulated by the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot).

Description of the technical procedures for concluding the contract

  1. PURCHASE AS A “GUEST”
    To purchase as a guest, you must re-enter your personal information each time you make a purchase. Fields marked with an asterisk are required.
    If you leave a mandatory field empty, it will direct you back to the registration form, where it will be marked which data you forgot to enter or where did you go wrong.

Contracts are concluded in the Slovenian language. The contract or order is sent to the buyer at the e-mail address entered by the buyer. We store them in electronic form at the company headquarters. Customers can request a copy via our email address: info@natart.si

Availability of information

 In accordance with Article 43 b of ZvPot, the provider undertakes to provide the buyer with the following information even before he is bound by the contract or offer:

  • company identity (company name and registered office, registration number),
  • contact information that enables the user to communicate quickly and efficiently and to solve any problems (e-mail),
  • essential characteristics of the goods or services offered by the online store (including after-sales services and guarantees),
  • product availability (every product or service offered by the online store should be available within a reasonable time),
  • conditions of product delivery or service performance (method, place and deadline of delivery),
  • all prices must be clearly and unambiguously determined, it must be clear whether they already contain taxes and transport costs,
  • method of payment and delivery,
  • time validity of the offer,
  • the period during which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal; in addition, also about if and how much it costs the customer to return the product,
  • explanation of the complaint procedure, including all information about the contact person or customer service department,
  • on the non-existence of the right to withdraw from the contract, if the consumer does not have the right to withdraw in accordance with the fifth paragraph of Article 43 of the Consumer Protection Act, or, if necessary, on the circumstances in which the consumer loses the right to withdraw from the contract.

Package delivery service and delivery times

We ship orders within 2-4 business days of receiving the order for paintings on canvas and 3-7 business days for prints.

If you provide us with an incomplete or incorrect address, you will not receive the package, so this information is crucial. We are not responsible for delivering the product to you if you have not provided a correct and accurate address.

Prices and validity of the offer

All prices in the online store are stated in € (euros) and include VAT, the provider is not liable for VAT. All prices in the online store are product prices with VAT and do NOT include delivery costs.
 
The prices listed in the online store are irrevocable and apply in the case of payment with the payment methods listed below, under the conditions listed below.
Despite our best efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, it may happen that the price information is incorrect. In this case, or in the event that the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, the provider will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase, and at the same time, the provider will offer the buyer a solution that will be mutually satisfactory.
 
The provider reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

PROMOTIONS-DISCOUNTS
The validity periods of the promotional offer are valid until cancelled. When purchasing, the prices apply at the moment of order confirmation. The offer is valid until cancelled.
Users of the online store can buy products at promotional prices and prices with discounts. Various campaigns, promotions and other marketing techniques will be marked accordingly. Likewise, the conditions of participation will be clearly defined for each product for which the campaign or discounted price applies.

PROMOTION CODES FOR DISCOUNT AND GIFT VOUCHER
As a way of special promotion, users can also buy certain products with the help of promotional codes with a discount or a gift voucher, which they get in different ways (via SMS, on flyers, on social networks...). The promotional code brings various advantages when purchasing and is limited in time. Codes and rules of use will be clearly defined. Entering the code is possible for every product, namely in the first step of the online order - Basket.

Payment methods

When shopping online, the provider offers the following payment methods:

PAYMENT BY INVESTMENT/OFFER: After receiving the offer to your e-mail address, you settle the amount via a transaction account.

PAYMENT VIA THE PAYPAL PAYMENT SYSTEM: We enable payments via the PayPal payment system. Your order will be processed after you make the payment.

Issuance of an invoice

The seller must issue an invoice for the supply of goods or services to the buyer and hand it over to the buyer. When making a purchase in our online store, the customer receives an invoice together with the product by mail.

  • Written form, together with the product.

The right to withdraw from the purchase, return the goods

In the case of contracts concluded at a distance, the consumer (according to Article 43.č and 43.d of the ZVPot) has the right to send an e-mail to the company within 14 (fourteen) days to info@natart.si and that way announces that he withdraws from the contract without need to give a reason for his decision. The deadline starts counting one day after the date of collection of the items.

Returned goods must be in their original packaging, unused and undamaged.

The consumer must return the goods to the company no later than 14 (fourteen) days after the notification of withdrawal from the order. The consumer returns the goods to the address: Natalija Pavlović S.p. cesta Miloša Zidanška 9a, 3230 Šentjur, Slovenija.

After receiving the goods, the company returns all payments received to the consumer in accordance with the law. The only cost charged to the consumer in connection with the cancellation of the order is the direct cost of returning the goods. Shipment with ransom we do not accept.

The customer must notify his intension to return the product within 14 days on the e-mail adress info@natart.si  and we will send return instructions. The customer then has 14 days to return the product to our address. Otherwise, unfortunately, we cannot return the money.

Payments received will be returned as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract. The company returns the received payments to the consumer with the same means of payment that the consumer used, unless the consumer has explicitly requested the use of another means of payment and the consumer does not bear any costs as a result.

In case of withdrawal from the contract where a credit or discount code was used, these funds are considered as a discount and are not returned to the user. Only the paid amount is returned to the user's TRR. Credit is taken into account as a means of payment when withdrawing from the contract and is returned to the user as credit.

Complaints and disputes

The provider complies with applicable consumer protection legislation. Complaints and reclamations can be sent to e-mail info@natart.si  or by regular mail to the address:  Natalija Pavlović S.p. cesta Miloša Zidanška 9a, 3230 Šentjur, Slovenija.

Within 5 (five) working days, the provider must confirm that it has received the complaint, inform the user how long it will take to process it and keep him informed about the progress of the procedure. The provider makes every effort to resolve any disputes amicably.
 
In accordance with legal norms, we do not recognize any provider of out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes as competent to resolve a consumer dispute that a consumer could initiate in accordance with the Act on Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes.

NATALIJA PAVLOVIĆ S.P., which, as a provider of goods and services, enables online trade in the territory of Slovenia, publishes on its website an electronic link to the platform for the online resolution of consumer disputes (SRPS). The platform is available to consumers at the link HERE.

In the event of a legal dispute, the court in Ljubljana has jurisdiction.
